Biography

Danielle Nudleman-McGonigle manages the Cape Cod office of the Firm, in Osterville, Massachusetts, She graduated magna cum laude from Brandeis University in 2003 and Joined the firm of Lamb and Brownie, P.C. shortly thereafter as a paralegal. In 2004 She was promoted to law clerk and she enrolled in Suffolk University Law school's evening division. While still working fulltime, Danielle earned Best Oral Advocate in First Year Practice Skills, Best Brief in the Clark Appellate Advocacy Competition, was Admitted to the Phi Delta Phi Legal fraternity and was named to the Dean's List for 7 semesters. She Graduated magna cum laude in 2008 and re-joined Lamb and Brown, P.C. as an associate attorney, Danielle joined Bletzer and Bletzer as an associate and represents clients in all of their lives, including real estate, probate, divorce, civil, litigation, and criminal cases. She was promoted to Partner in 2018.

Danielle is a skilled advocate, researcher and writer who enjoys crafting powerful briefs and oral arguments for the clients. She understands the emotional impact of any legal matter, and it is her goal to iron out the wrinkles in her client's lives.

She is admitted to practice in Commonwealth of Massachusetts state court, the District of Massachusetts Federal Court, and First Circuit of Appeals. She resides on Cape Cod, where she grew up, with her husband and two children.
